1. Information We Collect

Genesis TC A.G.I. OS collects the following data only while the app is actively running and only for the features you choose to use:

Camera data (for Bio-Harmony rPPG heart-rate monitoring) – processed locally on your device using remote photoplethysmography. No images or video are stored or transmitted.

Sensor data (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer) – used for live Gravity, EMF Reader, Velocity Vector, G-Decouple, and Reality Field Camera AR overlays.

Device orientation and motion data – used for Null-G Drive and Sentinel Cell modules.

Anonymous telemetry (optional) – only if you enable diagnostics (e.g. fidelity readings, sensor stability).

No personal identifiers, location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers are collected.

2. How Data Is Used

All processing happens locally on your device. Data is never uploaded, stored on our servers, or shared with third parties unless you explicitly choose to share a diagnostic log.

3. Data Storage & Retention

All sensor and biometric data is temporary and deleted when you close the module or exit the app.

No persistent user profiles are created.

4. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

5. Your Rights

You can revoke camera or sensor permissions at any time through your device settings. All data is erased immediately when permissions are removed.

7. Changes to This Policy
